This year Ketan and Emily went to LAICO, Madurai for two weeks training (Eyecare Programme Manager's Course) from 8th to 20th February, 2010.

" LAICO was beyond expectations, I had gone there to know about eye care but was quite happy to get new insights into programme management. Their approaches appeared to me to be very practical and helped in creating a liking for eye care programmes.
I wanted to touch and see all the equipments but that appeared a distant dream till I made my feelings known to the faculties. They arranged the same and fulfilled my dream. Overall, LAICO experience was something that was worth my while and I have come back with a lot of learnings."
Emily will shortly share her feedback on compiling KPIs midnight amidst completing LAICO assignments and yes some photographs too !
